Plus, we have a range of language options to simplify registration for international students. And if your students do run into problems, our UK-based customer care team is available to provide support around the clock.

In addition, we can supply a registration link for you to send out to new students with their pre-arrival information – so they can create their account before they even move in.

We work hard to ensure your network always operates at peak performance, which is why we have automated systems checking connections every minute of every day, 365 days of the year. Any problem is flagged to our network operations centre, and if necessary, we’ll send our own local engineers to your site to solve the issue.

As a customer, you’ll be assigned a Service Manager who can update you with regular reports on the performance we’re delivering to your students and how it compares to your Service Level Agreement. We’ll also keep you fully informed via your Account Manager.
