Am I tied into a contract?

If you are one of our residential customers, taking Optify Home Fibre broadband, you may have a contract with us depending upon which package you are on.

If you took a 12-month minimum term package, then you have to stay with us for a minimum period of a year. After this time, you will then be automatically moved to a monthly rolling term.

If instead, you chose the no contract (monthly rolling) package, then you have no long-term contract with us, and instead are free to leave us as long as you give us a minimum 30 day's notice.
