Am I tied into a contract?

No. Unless you are a Residential customer paying for Optify Home Fibre broadband, you won't be on any sort of fixed term contract.

We offer a subscription-based service, and you can choose how long you want to use the service for. You will have to agree to our Acceptable Usage Policy when signing up, and all we ask is that you give us a month's notice before cancelling.
