Moving address

If you're changing address, then please contact our Customer Care team who can find out whether you're able to get Optify at your new address and manage any changes that need to be made. Unfortunately not every address is able to get Optify, but we are continuing to expand our network.

We'd be grateful if you could leave behind the Home Hub and all the associated cabling intact at your current address, as it belongs to us.
