Moving address

If you're changing address, then please contact our Customer Care team who can find out whether you're able to get Optify at your new address, as well as manage any changes that need to be made. Unfortunately, not everywhere has Optify yet, but we are continuing to expand our network.

We'd be grateful if you could leave behind the Hub and all the associated cabling intact at your current address, as it belongs to us. Thank you.
