How does my contract work?

When you pick one of our residential broadband packages, you can choose an optional phone package.

You can also choose whether to go for a no contract (monthly rolling) package, or a 12-month minimum term contract. Choosing the no contract option will cost you an additional activation charge.

Once the initial term of your broadband package has expired, your broadband (together with any phone subscription) turns into a monthly rolling contract (unless you enter into a new agreement with us). This monthly rolling contract can be cancelled at any time by giving us 30 days' notice.

If you are cancelling both your telephone and broadband service at the same time, the expiry will need to coincide with the cancellation of both services.
