My MediaHub is faulty. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. Our MediaHubs come with a 12-month warranty.
We can arrange for a new one to be sent out to you free of charge only if:
- it is within the 12-month warranty period,
- it is faulty beyond repair, and
- the damage has not been caused by accident.
If the MediaHub is out of warranty, you will have to pay the full price for a replacement.
