What do I do if I forget my Wi-Fi key or password?
If you have forgotten your Wi-Fi key (network password), then all you need to do is connect to your Optify network, login to your Home Hub's admin page with http://192.168.0.1 in your browser, and use ‘admin’ as your username and ‘optify’ as your password. Once logged in, just follow these simple steps to change your Wi-Fi password:
- Click on “configuration”, click on “Wireless” and then click “Security”.
- In “Manual Setup”, select the SSID for which you want to change the password.
- Make sure the network is set to “WPA2-PSK” and change the WPA/WAP2 passphrase to a new password of your choice.
- Click on “Apply” and that’s it!
