The Best Customer Solution category is new for 2019 and will be awarded to the ISP who has provided a particularly innovative technological solution to a complex customer issue.
The award for Best Customer Service is awarded to the ISP who can demonstrate outstanding customer care.
Our nominations recognise the hard work and dedication the company has shown over the last year. We've introduced new technology, products and services to compliment our core offer. In addition we've been working to improve our customer service, making it easier for people to contact us and do more to prevent issues arising in the first place.
This is the 21st year of the awards - the longest running and most prestigious awards for the UK’s internet industry. The winners will be announced on 11th July at the Sheraton Grand Park Lane hotel on London.
